Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Safety First Collective (“SFC”) website. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Services
Safety First Collective provides advisory, coordination, staffing, and operational support services related to production safety, environmental risk, health and biosecurity planning, and continuity. SFC does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical care unless such services are performed by appropriately licensed medical professionals through approved partners. Safety, medical, environmental, pest-control, and regulatory services may require local licensed providers depending on jurisdiction and project scope.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Information on this website, including service descriptions and any checklist or capability resources (such as the Production Safety Readiness Checklist or Extreme Heat Readiness Checklist), is provided for general planning purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or regulatory advice and does not replace a full safety review, jurisdiction-specific compliance assessment, or the judgment of qualified professionals engaged for a specific production, event, venue, or operation.
Form Submissions
Submitting a production inquiry, heat safety inquiry, other operation inquiry, Expert Network application, or checklist request does not create a service engagement or guarantee placement, response time, or outcome. SFC reviews submissions and will follow up regarding appropriate advisory, coordination, or qualified partner-supported services where there is a project fit.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and materials on this website, including the Safety First Collective name and marks, are the property of Safety First Collective and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference (such as downloading a checklist resource for your own production, event, or operational planning).
Third-Party Professionals & Partners
Where SFC coordinates medics, EHS advisors, pest-control specialists, or other licensed professionals, those services are performed by the applicable third party under their own professional standards and licensing. SFC's role in these cases is advisory and coordination, not direct service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safety First Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on general information provided on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
SFC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
