Safety First Collective was founded by Natan Bogin during one of the most difficult periods in entertainment history. As productions returned to work during the pandemic, producers, studios, agencies, and crews needed safety support that was fast, discreet, practical, and built for the realities of production.
Natan brought a rare perspective to the challenge: a background inside the entertainment industry, including experience as a former CAA talent agent, and a deep understanding of how productions move, how talent is protected, and how quickly safety needs can become production-critical.
What began as concierge testing and compliance support during a global health emergency has evolved into a broader safety and continuity collective — including support for the new operational risks created by extreme heat, complex locations, exposed teams, public-facing environments, and international operations.
