Services

Production safety support from prep to wrap.

SFC helps productions anticipate risk, coordinate the right experts, and protect cast, crew, budget, and schedule. Services are available as one-time reviews, on-set support, retained advisory, or custom production packages.

Service 02

Location & Environmental Risk Assessment

Locations can introduce risk long before cameras roll. SFC helps productions evaluate and prepare for location-based safety concerns, including remote sites, older buildings, vacant properties, desert environments, pest and rodent exposure, heat, hygiene, water, terrain, access, and emergency response.

For rodent-exposure concerns, SFC coordinates planning with qualified pest-control, environmental-health, and medical partners, using public-health guidance as a baseline.

Rodent & hantavirus exposure readiness

Productions working in older buildings, rural properties, storage spaces, remote locations, or long-vacant sites may face rodent, pest, hygiene, or environmental-health concerns. SFC helps productions identify the right safety steps, coordinate appropriate specialists, and brief teams before exposure risks disrupt the shoot.

Service 03

Extreme Heat Safety & Operational Continuity

Extreme heat can disrupt operations quickly. SFC helps organizations, events, venues, brands, employers, field teams, and high-pressure environments prepare practical heat-readiness plans that protect people and support continuity.

SFC can support schedule considerations, hydration and rest planning, cooling-zone planning, team and vendor communications, safety, medic, EHS, or qualified partner coordination, partner recommendations, and emergency escalation.

  • Team, staff, vendor, and guest communication guidance

Health & Biosecurity Planning

Health risks can disrupt production quickly. SFC helps productions plan for infectious-disease concerns, respiratory illness, privacy-sensitive talent support, testing/vendor coordination when appropriate, hygiene expectations, communication protocols, and response planning.

Risk Deployment

Advisory, not medical treatment

This service is advisory, coordination, planning, and deployment through appropriate partners. It is not medical treatment. Medical care, when required, is performed by appropriately licensed medical professionals.
